I have experienced various crossroads in my life that have challenged my sense of identity, value and purpose. I have been made redundant, I have relocated and returned, I have experienced loss, my children have flown the nest leaving me reconsidering my role and purpose. I have gone on my journey of personal growth and rediscovery. I continue to value the input of coaches and am excited by the power of the coaching space for thinkers to gain surprising insights that help them move forward with integrity and authenticity.

Having fulfilled a long held dream to move back north to Yorkshire near the Dales I am now developing my coaching business. I have undertaken 60 hours of ICF accredited training and am working towards my ICF accreditation.

Anyone can call themselves a coach but ICF credentialed coaches are professionals who have met stringent education and experience requirements, and have demonstrated a thorough understanding of the coaching competencies that set the standard in the profession.

I am a wife, a mother, a Christian. In my spare time I can be found enjoying nature; gardening or walking with friends or family, I also craft and love reading. I love being part of community.
